General Provisions and Acceptance

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, address or device.
• The maximum amount that can be wagered using bonus funds is generally up to 50% of the total bonus balance.
• Bonuses expire within a set period of time; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — real money is spent first, then the bonus balance.
• pj333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

VIP Program

pj333 offers five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can gradually advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Each tier offers different benefits, including weekly cashback based on your tier.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• If a software error or technical issue occurs during play, that round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
